All orders are processed and shipped within 2~5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day. Priority and Express shipping cut-off time is 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority and Express orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

*Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 7 business days.
For orders over $300, the package will be sent with a Signature Required. If a signature is unobtainable and the package is returned to us, shipping charges will be charged to the customers. If we cannot process your order due to inaccurate, invalid, or incomplete information, your order processing may be delayed for additional days.
